AE Event Space Consulting was hired to consult on this gorgeous old brick building. 412 West Jackson Ave is a street parallel to the train tracks in Knoxville, Tennessee. The main infrastructure of the building will remain mostly the same, however, as you can see by the images it’s a big undertaking as it hasn’t been occupied for many years. Our recommendation was to keep the integrity of the space (as that’s the charm) while adding unisex restrooms, upgraded electrical, a room with running water and area for catering prep, and some safety railings.
